Jupem2u Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Policy
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the jupem2u platform. By registering for or using any of our services, you agree to comply with all provisions stated herein.
Effective Date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to amendment from time to time, and users will be notified accordingly.
1. Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing or using the jupem2u platform via the website or mobile application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.
To use jupem2u's services, users must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or the minimum age stipulated under Malaysian law, whichever is higher.
- Residing in or accessing the platform from a location where online betting activities are permitted under local law.
- Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- Has never previously had an account on jupem2u closed, suspended, or banned due to a terms violation.
Jupem2u reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm that a user meets the above eligibility requirements. Failure to provide the required documents may result in the account being temporarily suspended while verification is carried out.
2. Account Creation, Security, and User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to register and operate only one account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed and any remaining balances forfeited. All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. jupem2u is not liable for any losses arising from false information submitted by users.
Users are solely responsible for keeping their username and password confidential. Sharing login credentials with any third party is strictly prohibited. Any activity carried out through your account is considered your own action, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to the jupem2u support team. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact our customer support immediately.
Users are also responsible for ensuring that any device used to access jupem2u is secure and free from malware. The use of automated software, bots, or any unauthorised method to access or manipulate the platform is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
3. Payment Information, Deposits, and MYR Transactions
All financial transactions on the jupem2u platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all deposited funds are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity.
- Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal limits are subject to the platform's current policy and may vary depending on the chosen payment method.
- Jupem2u supports payment methods available on Malaysian local platforms, including e-wallets and FPX internet banking.
- Withdrawals can only be processed to the account or e-wallet that has been registered and verified under the same name as the jupem2u account holder.
- Jupem2u reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals while identity and source of funds verification is conducted, where required for compliance purposes.
- Any transactions suspected to be linked to money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities.
All transaction fees, where applicable, will be clearly disclosed before the user confirms any payment. jupem2u is not responsible for any additional charges imposed by third-party payment service providers.
4. Platform Usage Rules and Limitation of Liability
Users of the jupem2u platform agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law or applicable international law.
- Cheating, manipulating, or attempting to exploit any technical vulnerabilities in the platform's systems.
- Disrupting or interfering with the normal operation of the platform through cyberattacks, viruses, or any form of malicious software.
- Submitting false claims, providing fraudulent identity verification documents, or supplying misleading information to the jupem2u team.
- Accessing another user's account without authorisation or attempting to obtain another person's login credentials by unlawful means.
Jupem2u shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:
- Service disruptions due to system maintenance or circumstances beyond the platform's control.
- Financial losses resulting from betting or gaming decisions made by the user.
- Unauthorised access to a user's account resulting from the user's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
- Data damage or loss resulting from unforeseen technical disruptions.
5. Account Policy, Intellectual Property, and Third-Party Links
Account Suspension and Closure
Jupem2u reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or upon request from a competent authority. Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting customer support. Any legitimate remaining balance in an account closed at the user's request will be refunded once all verifications have been completed, subject to applicable conditions.
Intellectual Property
All content on the jupem2u platform — including logos, interface design, text, images, software, and source code — is the exclusive property of jupem2u or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from jupem2u.
Third-Party Links
The platform may contain links or references to third-party services. jupem2u is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or conduct of those third parties. Use of third-party services is at the user's own risk and is subject to the respective third party's terms and conditions.
6. Amendments to Terms and Governing Law
Jupem2u reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Significant changes will be communicated to users via in-platform notifications or the registered email address. Continued use of the platform after any such amendments take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms and conditions, and any disputes arising from them, are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be referred to the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from this document and shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which continue in full force and effect.
